Newco Distributors PRIVACY POLICIES as established by Newco Distributors, Inc. SCOOBLE®

GENERAL MATTERS

Overview:

At Scooble, protecting our users' privacy and security is a top priority. For this reason, we have adopted the following policy to advise you of your choices regarding the use of your personal information online. This policy describes what types of information we gather about you, how we use it, under what circumstances we disclose it to third-parties, and your rights to update or correct it.

Scooble.com is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build user's trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This Policy applies to the website www.scooble.com owned and operated by Newco Distributors. Because Genius wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact us at admin@scooble.com . If you do not receive acknowledgement of your inquiry or your inquiry has not been satisfactorily address, you should contact TRUSTe at http://www.truste.org/consumers/watchdog_complaint.php . TRUSTe will then serve as a liaison with us to resolve your concerns.

Scope of Policy:

INFORMATION COLLECTED ON OUR SITE

Information Gathered From All Visitors

Aggregate Data: We gather certain generic information with respect to customers' use of our web site, such as the number of unique visitors, the frequency with which they visit, and the areas on the web site that they favor. These statistics are very much like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a program. We only use this type of data in aggregate -- that is, we look at the data on a collective basis, in summary form, rather than on an individual basis meaning that this information is not tied to your personally identifiable information. This data helps us determine the extent to which our customers use certain parts of our web site, which, in turn, enables us to make it as functional as possible. We may also provide statistical "ratings" about how our customers collectively use our web site to advertisers, sponsors, and other companies with which we do business ("Business Partners"). We do this so they, too, can understand how often people use their areas of the site in order for them to provide you with the best possible experience. These statistical ratings do not contain any personally identifiable information.

Cookies:

When you interact with the Site, we try to make that experience simple and meaningful. When you visit our Site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to indicate whether you have visited the Site previously. These "cookies" are session only cookies and only remain as long as you are logged into the web site. This is why you must sign in each time you enter Scooble.com.

Third Party Cookies: We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our Site to help us administer our Site and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any personally identifiable information.

We collect and analyze traffic on our web site by keeping track of the IP addresses of our visitors. An IP address is a unique number assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the Internet. We log this information so that we can monitor things like the number of visitors visiting the web site; however, we do not link your IP address to any personally identifying information. We try to personalize your experience on our web site by tracking the posting you have sent in order to customize our recommendations about the services that might be of interest to you. We also examine customer traffic patterns and web site usage to help us enhance the design and layout of the site, and make it easier to navigate.

Registering your business on our site

When you choose to advertise on our site, we collect your personally identifiable information such as your full name, address and phone information along with other supplemental information you choose to provide to contact you with information about the advertising service you've requested. This information is used to contact you & to assist you in creating your business account on our site and providing you a log in.

Your account pages allow you to edit your business and personal information. You can also upgrade your listings from your account pages. When you select to update your listings from your account, we collect your financial information on our site such as your credit card number to process your request. We employ SSL {Secure Socket Layer} encryption technology at the point of collection to ensure the safety of your sensitive information.

We utilize the services of a third party to process these payments made on our site. This third party is not authorized to use your information for their promotional purposes.

Surveys

From time to time, we will send you surveys or solicit your feedback. We use these surveys to gauge your interest in new products and premiums we may offer and to evaluate the ease of site navigation to provide a better, smoother experience. We will ask for your feedback on the business you have conducted using Scooble and other site features. We will use the information we gather to improve our sites and provide a more meaningful experience for our users. We may also use the information to alert you to offers and products in which you have expressed an interest.

From time to time we use a third party service provider to serve surveys on our site. These third parties are not authorized to use your information for any promotional purposes.

Newsletters

We send interested users an exclusive Newco Distributors (Scooble.com) e-newsletter, which alerts you to new features, content, services and premiums available on our web sites. From time to time, we will also send you invitations to enhance your Scooble membership. These communications are sent to you directly by Scooble. We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties in connection with the Scooble newsletters. You can always decline the newsletter by checking the opt-out box on the "Personalize Your Membership" pages or registration pages on our site. If you are already receiving the newsletter and you want to unsubscribe, you can simply follow the "unsubscribe" links at the bottom of each edition. For other ways to unsubscribe, see Opt-Out/Changing Your Status, below.

Offers from Our Business Partners:

Scooble also offers you the opportunity to receive money-saving offers, discounts, and educational promotions from our Business Partners. These e-mail communications will come from Scooble. We also share with them certain demographic, geographic, and service preferences. No personally identifiable information we have gathered about you will be shared.

This program is conducted strictly on an opt-in basis. In order to receive the offers, you must affirmatively check the clearly marked box on our "Personalize Your Membership" pages and registration pages on our site. If you leave the box unchecked, you will not receive any offers. If you do sign up for the program but later change your mind, you are free at any time to opt-out by following the procedures outlined in Opt-Out/Changing Your Status, below.

Order Fulfillment:

From time to time, you may be given the opportunity to order products and services directly from the Scooble web site. These orders are typically fulfilled by our Business Partners directly. To process your order, Scooble must provide these Partners with your name, street address, email address, phone number, and contact information. While we are not responsible for the privacy practices of our business partners, these parties are not authorized to use your information for their promotional purposes & can only use your information to service the request you have made for their products.

Scooble will limit the types of information shared to the minimum necessary to efficiently process your order. However, in accepting these offers, you become a customer of the Business Partner and therefore subject to its privacy policy. Scooble will alert users whenever a Business Partner will be fulfilling an order for products or services ordered on our site. We encourage you to review these companies' privacy policies and only do business with those who adhere to personal information practices with which you are comfortable.

Scooble utilizes PayPal® for processing all payments collected on our website.

Privacy of sales and purchase Information:

DISCLOSURE EXCEPTION

Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary:

  1. To comply with legal process such as a search warrant, judicial proceeding, subpoena or court order.
  2. To protect the company's rights and property.
  3.  To investigate reports of users sending material using a false email address or users sending harassing, false, threatening, or abusive messages.
  4. To protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our web site and/or the Scooble service.
  5.  During emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.

YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Opt Out/Changing Your Status:

At any time, you can change choices you have previously made as to the use of your personal information. Every communication Scooble sends you will contain a clearly worded "Opt Out" or "Unsubscribe" link allowing you to withdraw your permission for future mailings. Alternatively, you can send a blank email to: admin@Scooble.com and type "Remove" in the subject field.

Permission changes will be honored as soon as technically feasible, usually about 7-14 days after receipt. However, this will not affect the normal function of the web site, which requires email communications between Scooble and site participant. Furthermore, this will not affect any information which you provided to us and which we previously shared with our Business Partners.

Editing Your Profile:

If you are a registered member, you have the ability to review and correct your personally identifiable information at any time. Simply log and then go into the "Manage Account" area of the site and follow the links to “Change contact info".

OTHER MATTERS

We do not knowingly collect information from users under the age of 13.

Contests and Promotions:

Occasionally, Scooble may sponsor contests and/or promotions on our sites or in our email. Participation in such contests is purely voluntary. In order to enter a contest or promotion, you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information. By entering, you agree to all of its terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined in the rules. When a contest or promotion is not sponsored by Scooble, the identity of the sponsor will be clearly disclosed in the rules. Neither Scooble nor its affiliates can be responsible for actions or policies of third party

Contest sponsors. Users are encouraged to review the relevant privacy policy of the sponsor before entering.

Sale of Assets:

In the event that Scooble.com, or Newco Distributors or subsidiaries are ever sold, acquired,

merged, liquidated, reorganized, or otherwise transferred, we reserve the right to transfer our user databases together with any personally identifiable information contained therein, to a third party acquiring Scooble's assets. In the event we do so, we will place a prominent notice of the sale on the homepage of our site, with links to information as to how you can change your privacy preferences.

Data Security:

When you place orders for products, you will be invoiced via the credit card number you provided when you accepted membership into Scooble. You do not need to re enter the card number each time you make a purchase. We use an advanced encryption technology known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect the storage and transfer of your data from unauthorized parties. We further enhance our security by keeping your credit card number and personal information in an entirely separate computer that is not connected to the Internet. While on a secure page, such as our registration form, a lock or key icon appears on the bottom of your web browser. In addition to our online security efforts, we take steps to protect your personal data offline, as well. All of your information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Employees are granted access on a need to know basis (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative). Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up to date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store

personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Scooble's main servers are operated from a dedicated Internet hosting facility with physical security features. If you have any questions about the security at our website, you can send email to: admin@Scooble.com.

Changes to the Privacy Policy:

Scooble will occasionally update this Privacy Policy in response to changing business circumstances and legal developments. When Scooble posts changes to this Policy, you will see the word "updated" next to the Privacy Policy link on the front page of this site. If there are material changes to this Policy or in how Scooble uses your personally identifiable information, Scooble will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. Scooble encourages you to periodically review this Policy to be informed of how we are protecting your

information.

USE COMMON SENSE IN ALL YOUR ONLINE ACTIVITIES

Even the best policy can't protect your online privacy and security in all circumstances. Unscrupulous advertisers, hackers, and scam artists are constantly searching the Internet looking for new targets. Your best protection is to understand the limits to privacy on the Internet and use common sense in all of your online activities. Be aware that email is an inherently insecure form of communication. Remember that third parties are sometimes able to illegally intercept your unencrypted messages. Anytime you visit a chat room or post a message to an online bulletin board, your email address can be accessed by advertisers looking to compile lists for unsolicited commercial email (also known as spam). Be sure that you only disclose your email address in circumstances in which it is safe to do so. Beware of scams in which persons unknown to you request your screen name, password, or credit card information. Make sure you verify the identity of anyone asking for personal information. Always monitor your children's online activities and educate them as to the rules for safe Internet use. For more information, visit the Internet Education Foundation's Online Safety Guide for Kids.
